Purpose of the Web Site

This personal web site is the remnant of the web site for my former real estate law practice of 24 years.  I retired from practice in the Spring of 2007.  For the time being I am maintaining this site as a means of sharing with the general public the several articles regarding real estate law that I have written.  The About section of this site provides a description of my background and experience.  Although I no longer provide legal advice specific to a particular client or situation, I welcome comments or inquiries that you might regarding the material posted to this site.
